$13,530,000 Auto Vs. Auto Wrongful Death Settlement

Homampour Law Firm Attorneys Arash Homampour and Scott E. Boyer won a Wrongful Death/Dangerous Condition settlement for $13,530,000. The 2017 motor vehicle accident occurred at an intersection in the City of Fullerton in which two passengers died. Police placed sole blame on the Plaintiff for not yielding to oncoming traffic. The Homampour team discovered a report given to the City of Fullerton recommending a four-way stop at the intersection, which was later removed. Plaintiffs sued the city for dangerous condition of public property and the Defendant for negligence. Although the Homampour team was able to secure a sizeable settlement for our clients, it will never replace the loss of their loving mother and daughter.
