Homampour Law Firm Attorney Arash Homampour has written a column for the Daily Journal about disrupting the faux corporate constructs. It is a sad state of affairs that laws, like Senate Bill 826 and Assembly Bill 979, are needed to bring diversity into the boardroom. Both of these laws are facing challenges on state constitutional grounds. We should not need laws to make companies do the right thing, it is in their moral and financial best interests to have diversity at all levels.
