Arash Homampour:
As we all know, with COVID and the pandemic and the effect on business, there’s been a huge downturn in the number of cases, which, that’s a good thing, obviously I think less people being hurt less often is a good thing. But in terms of lawyers being lawyers and having a reduction in their business, there’s definitely a reduction in business for personal injury attorneys. And it’s even more important that when that happens, that we really do provide the best quality service for those clients that we have. It’s really an opportunity for us to give more time, more love, more attention to our clients. And so even though I think across the board in the personal injury world there is a reduction in business, it’s also a time for us to revamp, look at our processes, look at our clients, spend some more time and just do better, even in the context of having less business.
