In 2012, our firm handled a case where a steel inspector fell from a beam. The inspector lost his memory and did not remember what happened. We alleged that the general contractor and sub-contractor were responsible for providing the steel inspector with safe access to perform his inspections.

Defendants moved for summary judgment arguing that they were not liable to Plaintiff under the Privette Doctrine and because Plaintiff was solely responsible for safely performing his job.
